• Our sarees are handloom products. Small variations in weave and texture can be natural features of handmade fabric. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

6. Ordering and Payment

• You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information.
• We may contact you before accepting or fulfilling an order if stock, pricing or payment information needs clarification. If we cannot fulfil a prepaid order, we will refund the payment.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your card details.

• Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will agree an appropriate refund method with you.
